LHCP — Laboratory & Hardware Coding Platform

A validated software ecosystem supporting the production of calibration fluids for the medical industry. LHCP (Laboratory & Hardware Coding Platform) enables the calculation and processing of True Values according to defined specifications while providing control and traceability of process data. Data is stored in Microsoft SQL Server, while access to reporting, data collection and laboratory tools is provided through an HTTP server service integrated with domain accounts. The system includes an extensive Audit Trail designed with FDA requirements and standards used in the medical industry in mind. The ecosystem also includes a dedicated workstation application communicating directly with production equipment and a fixture used to program the EEPROM memory of the final product. Data written to the memory is encrypted. The entire solution forms an integrated environment connecting calculations, production, laboratory operations, reporting, hardware and data control and security.
