Project overview
A dedicated desktop application for collecting and processing production data and integrating production workstations with an ERP system. The application can operate in full-screen mode with the Windows shell locked down. The solution communicates with the ERP system through an HTTP REST API and with machines via TCP using a defined communication protocol. It supports machine vision systems, sequential workstation operation and assembly reporting. The application can operate across different VLANs within the company infrastructure to meet network security requirements.
