Academic Staff Evaluation System

The system was designed using standard Microsoft 365 tools, following the client’s requirement for simple maintenance and the ability to manage the solution independently by non-programming staff. Academic staff evaluation data is collected through MS Forms, stored and organized in OneDrive, and then automatically processed using Power Automate and Flows. The prepared data is used in Power BI to create reports and perform analysis. The system replaced the traditional paper-based workflow, reducing the time required to collect information and simplifying its subsequent processing and reporting. The entire solution was built using standard Microsoft 365 services, allowing maintenance and modification to be performed without the need to involve software developers.
